Our new state-of-the-art 3200 watt
combination Trumpf Laser Cutting and CNC Punching
machine gives F.K Peterson Tool
the capability to laser cut and precision punch
sheet metal parts up to 5/16” in thickness to close
tolerances in one setup.
This is one of the fastest punching machines in
the industry, allowing increased productivity, with
no loss of cost effectiveness or efficiency. The
150 ton Trumpf Precision Press Brake with six axis
back gauge accommodates both
high volume production and small lot sizes - from the
highly complex to more simplified bending via ACB (Automatically Controlled Bending).
With fast
and affordable set ups, we are able to competitively
and affordably run lower production volumes for
companies who need a competitive edge in today’s
market. Additionally, a cost effective, higher
volume production is achieved with fully automated
machinery operating in a highly organized facility
on multiple shifts, thereby reducing overhead costs.

SMALL ASSEMBLY AND WELDING
